What is the shelf life for the nutritional bites?

To add a new For best flavour, store the energy balls in a cool dry place in an airtight container and consume within 10 days. Our products can also be frozen for up to 3 months.



How long does it take the delivery?

We take great care of our customers, hence why all our Energy balls and Protein bars are freshly handcrafted with love and passion so you can enjoy every single bite. To maintain the freshness of our products, all orders should be placed Monday to Thursday by 10am. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be despached on following Monday. Delivery time is between 2-5 working days for Standard delivery.



Are the Energy balls & Protein bars good for workout?

Whether you are looking for a pre/post workout boost of energy or you simply want to treat yourself or your family with something natural and delicious, our energy balls are suitable for all kind of activities and people, even for the little ones.



Are they containing any sugars?

Our products contain natural occuring sugars (fructose) which comes from the natural sweetness of dried fruits, nuts and seeds.
